Plant Swap

Share plants, ideas, gardening tips with neighbors, bring unwanted garden tools to tool swap

Bring cuttings from perennial beds, native plants, or bring annuals in plastic cups, disposable container or plantable pots. Label with name and preferred planting location (full sun, part sun, shade, etc). Kids can take home plants they pot for themselves. Have extra or unwanted gardening tools you want to swap? Bring them to the Tool Swap Bin.

Spring Saunter

Take a walk, jog, roll, or stroll around a scenic one-mile loop.

Put on your walking shoes, ride a bike, grab some roller skates or push a stroller, just move. Bring the kids, start your journey at the park’s west pavilion, receive a map to follow. Once you complete a loop around Fosdick Lake, you earn the right to compete for a door prize. The walking trail is approximately one mile in a setting with wildlife and mature trees. Refreshments for walkers

West Meadowbrook’s 2025 Garden Party and Plant Swap earned the Healthy Neighborhood Award from the City of Fort Worth in March.
